Homestay Courses Terms and Conditions

Reservations
To book your Homestay Course, please fill in the booking form:

We will confirm your request by email within 2 working days.
Deposit Payment
A deposit of 30% is required when you make your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
The deposit can be made by international bank transfer or Transferwise.

Balance of Payment of Course Fee
The remainder of the course fees must be paid two weeks in advance of the first day of classes, either via bank transfer or Transferwise. You will notice of this via email and receive an invoice/receipt for the total payment after the balance has been received.

Course Cancellation
If you cannot attend the course on the date confirmed, please advise us 14 days before your course begins. The deposit can be applied to a different course date, if applicable.
If a force majeure prevents Oakfield from holding the course, all fees including the deposit will be refunded.

Insurance
You are required to take out your own medical, travel and personal insurance, as you are not insured against illness, accidents, theft or loss of personal possessions either by Oakfield, your place of accommodation or while participating in excursions / other activities. Details of your insurance cover should be sent with the final balance payment.

Liability
Oakfield cannot accept responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, changes or losses caused any events beyond our control or guest accidents, injuries, illnesses, death, loss of or damage to personal effects and/or 3rd party property during your stay.

Arrivals
We will do our best to make your arrival at Oakfield Umbria as straightforward as possible. If you are not arriving at/departing from Perugia Airport or cannot get to Perugia Train station or Terontola-Cortona station in the afternoon of the arrival day/departure day, you will need to make your own way to us. We will be happy to provide help in organizing your travel within Italy.

Medical Condition
Please let us know on the booking form about any medical conditions, mobility limitations or health issues you have that may affect your stay at Oakfield Umbria.

Please let us know about any dietary requirements you have on the booking form.
